The cool water, lightly dousing her paws as she took delicate steps. Her eyes held a bright green hue, audits were perked high, and tassle wagging rapidly. She kept her guard up, even though she was near certain she couldn't be harmed here. She wasn't expecting to see anyone, but the loneliness was starting to get to her a bit. She looked up at the brightly lit night sky, lifting her head into a joyous long howl. She ended in quiet note before starting into a light run, water slashing from her feet. Her brown pelt blew back as she sped up a bit. From far away you could here the laughs and yips and barks and howls as the fae ran across the lake's stretching shores. Maybe someone come to her, just maybe she thought. Almira's ears perked up as she heard a wolf howl in the distance. Trotting to the edge of the lake, she saw a small brown form on the other side. Sitting down and lifting her head to the sky, the snow white wolf gave a long responding howl. ((Sorry my posts have been short. (Even more so than usual. ) I won't be able to get on much with the new puppy, so I have to post when I can. Right now it's 5:something here, I couldn't get back to sleep after the puppy woke me up for the sixth time. *sigh* But he's so cute, who can hold it against him? Okay, now I'm just rambling. So, when he slept, he slept out in the forest, in a tree when he could get up one, but tonight he slept in a moonlit clearing, sprawled out on his back, front paws curled up to his chest, a single ear twitching. Naturally, when the two hows came, they sent a chill down his spine, and his ear twitched as he jumped up. He padded, wide awake, towards the Pamuy Waters, emerald eyes surveying the scene before emitting a howl of his own, a call of a deep baritone, one that you might expect as an alpha's howl. He stepped into the moonlight cautiously. Her ears perking up as she rose to her feet, and a smile appeared on her muzzle. She trotted towards him, her paws crunching as she stepped on the gravel. The moon shone down on her white form as she made her way towards the male, standing out like a becon on the dark rocky shore. Nearing the male, she stopped and let out a short bark of greeting. "Hello Apollo," she said softly, sitting down. He turned, unable to help the small smile that crossed his maw. "Hello, Almira," he replied, in that deep, soft voice of his, eyes glittering as the wind ruffled his dark fur. "Yes, it is, isn't it?" he replied softly, as if just realizing they were there. He smiled softly, stars reflecting off of his eyes as he still looked heavenward.
